We offer a number of different ways to help you use our software.

Customers with a current support contract can mail us directly at customer.support@infopatterns.net and we'll deal with your query as soon as we can.

If you are having problems activating a software license due to firewall or other connectivity issues, please mail licensing.support@infopatterns.net giving your name, the license key and the email address you are trying to activate for. We can send you a license activation code via email as quickly as we can.

If you are evaluating our software for purchase, and have a query, please mail presales.support@infopatterns.net.

We also offer free online support for users of our free software products.
